RETURN POLICY
Currently, order processing time is between 4 and 7 working days. Orders can be canceled within the first 24 hours of making the purchase. After that, we can’t guarantee cancellation.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days after receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need a proof of purchase.
Unfortunately, we don’t accept refunds or exchanges on sale items.
To make an exchange, we suggest returning the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate order for the new item. Remember, you have to pay the shipping price again.
